I started as a buyer and then was promoted to Merchandise Manager. I have been Vice-president for the past few years.

I climbed up the ladder progressively and received the proper coaching. I was self confident but people in the organization also invested their trust in me.

My job is very dynamic, strategic and creative. It requires a lot of teamwork, either with the buyers or with the clients and teams working in our stores. My job keeps me on my toes… it’s never boring!
